Can not syncronize u2000 with olt

Hi @leostereo Is the SFTP function ok? Advised to test on the below interface。
If the sftp function is ok. Need check the network or firewall about the port 22 . maybe the port is blocked. Because the U2000 set the sftp information to the OLT , but according the packet, I can’t see the sftp session set up.

Dear sohaib. Im following your steps. It seems to be a problem. TEST FTP is ok. TEST sFTP is not OK , got this message: "Test failed" Conection failed.Please check whether de ftp service is running" Have some questions: Should this ftp service be running on the u2000 server or on the olt ? How can I start or check it status , we are running windows server 2012. ThankS! |
