Can not receive incoming call through eSpace U1981

Hello Dears

I can make outgoing calls using Huawei IP phone but I do not receive incoming calls from different regions( cell phones)

I am using eSpace U1981 what shall I do to resolve this issue?

Is 7920 registered on u1981? Are the local and local prefix configured? Is the mobile phone number configured with ONLY?

yes 720 is given short and long number and the local prefix is configured

how about inter prefix?
Have you ever tried calling 7920 from another phone？
Do you have any functions configured on the phone? For example, you can use the ONLY function to bind a short or long number to a mobile number.
