Can not ping

I think there are three possible causes:

1. The interface is using the optical module. The RX optical fiber is normal, so the ARP entry of the peer end can be learned. However, the Tx optical fiber is abnormal, so the ping operation fails.

2. Check whether static MAC address entries are configured on both sides. If static MAC address entries are incorrectly configured, the ping operation fails.

3. Check whether the devices at both ends are disabled from receiving ICMP packets. On AR, the command is 'undo icmp receive'.
