Can not open Hiknow Android App

I installed the "Hiknow " app via the Android play store but it can not open.
Any solution????

Hi there! I've tried this more than 3 times and it still does not work. I think there was a technical issue on Android devices. Admin please attend to this @little_fish. Please see some other reviews as follows:

Hi Rumana, Thanks for your reply with proof of some screenshots. I also talk with a couple of my technical friends they also gave me similar answers which you posted. so, without a solution, I chose your answer as the best answer. Anyway, thanks again for your effect on this matter.
