Can not modify the ospf routing cost

Hi team!

The scenario is that a remote site router is connected to a switch then uplinked into a backhaul router. We are having difficulties in manipulating the cost of the routes even though we have set the bandwidth of the ports and devices individually. why can not modify the routing?

Please make sure you've configured with the right parameter, or you can adjust the OSPF cost by using the command ospf cost under interface view. This could adjust the OSPF cost directly.
