Hello, everyone!

Can NCE-T Web LCT manage MSTP NEs as same as and NCE-T? What are the functional differences between NCE-T and NCE-T?

Yes!

The Web LCT is the NE-layer management system for transport networks(WDM/OTN/MSTP/RTN). Based on the browser/server architecture, the Web LCT allows you to perform all the operations related to NE-level configuration and maintenance.

Compared with standard NCE-T, the Web LCT manages a maximum of 32 NEs. The Web LCT does not have its own database. All operations take effect directly on NEs. Therefore, the Web LCT does not allow users to preconfigure NEs, upload or download NE data, and acknowledge and synchronize alarms. In addition, the Web LCT does not support northbound interfaces. Cannot interwork with third-party NMS software.
