I'm not sure what tool you're using for the interface you're logging in to.

The possible causes are as follows:

1. If the Web LCT is used, the version does not match.

2. Browser Settings.

3. The JRE environment configured by the tool is incorrect.

If you can, please provide the tools and screenshots you have logged in to.

1- i used U2000 V100R009C00SPC301.
2- PC used widows 10.

1. Your U2000 version is old. You are advised to upgrade it to NCE.

2. The ECC link between the U2000 and OptiX OSN 8800 may be faulty. Please try to ping the OptiX OSN 8800 from the U2000. If packet loss occurs, rectify the fault.
