Can inverter SUN2000 20KTL connect to FusionApp without using Smart Dongle WLAN FE?

Hello dear huawei community,

my question is, can inverter SUN2000 20KTL connect to FusionApp without using Smart Dongle WLAN FE? and why when i enter the serial number in FusionSolar app, it said that invalid serial number? I already refer the serial number at inverter's nameplate.
