Can I use IdeaHub intelligent whiteboard on Zoom meeting?

Hi Everyone,


I have an Ideahub Pro. I want to use Ideahub intelligent whiteboard on Zoom meeting. Could you help me please ?

Have you installed Zoom on IdeaHub?

I need to clarify:

The whiteboard function is an annotation function provided in a conference, but the whiteboard function provided by Android (IdeaHub itself) is not available.

The built-in annotation function can be used to perform basic operations. If you must use the whiteboard function of the Android system, you can only use the Zoom and Ideahub to connect to conferences.

Where is Zoom installed? If Zoom is installed on OPS, you can switch to android.
If the zoom is not installed on OPS, you can use the Whiteboard when you open a conference.

I have downloaded Zoom App on Ideahub Windows screen. When I want to share whiteboard. I can only share Zoom's Whiteboard.

Additionaly I couldn't find Zoom Meeting App on Huawei App gallery for Ideahub.
How can I download Zoom Meting App on Ideahub own ops ?
I suppose that If I install Zoom App on Ideahub own ops , I can share Ideahub Whiteboard on Zoom Meeting .

Of course, you cannot install zoom on Android. you should install the zoom app on the ops(windows) operating system.

The Zoom app only can be installed on the OPS system.
Switch to the OPS Windows OS:
Use either of the following methods to switch to the OPS Windows interface.

Tap the Windows icon in the lower left corner on the home screen of the device.
Tap either of the nine-grid icons on both sides of the device, and tap the Windows icon.

Ideahub has two systems, one is its own android. The other is the OPS system, which is actually the Windows system.

Hello,


Yes it's possible.

You have to run the zoom application from the android part of the ideahub.

Two possibilities :

  • Click on share screen, click on screen to share the whole ideahub screen (including the windows part), launch the whiteboard

  • Click on share screen, click on the sharing whiteboard to use the zoom whiteboard (this allows other participants to write on it)

Thanks for your supports

We can use Ideahub Whiteboard on Zoom Cloud Meetings. I have downloaded Zoom APK from website then I have installed. Now Zoom is on Ideahub Android System. Sharing screen we share IdeaHub Whiteboard with other participants .
