The four uplink GE optical ports of the S5720-P-SI and S5720S-P-SI series can use 10GE optical modules, but can only be used for stack connections in this case. GE optical ports of other switch models cannot use 10GE optical modules. 100M optical ports cannot use GE or 10GE optical modules.
