can i connect the E8231with a static ip sim and get the same ip on my pc?

can i connect the E8231with a static ip sim and get the same ip on my pc?

i have tried yo create a new profile with the required APN and disabled the DHCP and the WLAN but not connected with the static IP even it show static IP in the device deatils.
