can I buy HDD from outsource company

I need to buy HDD from outsource company not huawei partner can I do that and what is the limitations, Thanks.

Do not do this because HDDs of different vendors have different specifications and may not be applicable to your storage. If you purchase HDDs from non-Huawei partners, how to maintain them?
