Can I apply for AI voucher on ICT competition?

I finished the AI course on online learning and scored above 80 on its mock exam. The only problem is that the entire course only takes 6 hours, and the criteria asks for 10+, can I still apply for the voucher?

I enrolled on the ICT competition via this link.

Through it you can access Huawei ilearningx platform, on which you can watch video classes on the subject and prepare for the ICT competition.
