Can FusionCompute, FusionCloud Openstack or Fusionsphere be nested virtualization?

Can FusionCompute, FusionCloud Openstack or Fusionsphere can be nested virtualization over other platform such as vmware ESXi,VirtualBox, vmware Workstation?

For study purposes, I decided to virtualize FusionCompute on my VMware Workstation 14; or also tried to use FusionCloud openstack in a virtualized environment.

At the moment I can't do it because I don´t know really if it's possible. Can someone provide me with some background information about it?
