Can enable Intel VT-x/EPT on Fusion Cloud ?

Can huawei cloud support to run eve-ng ?

I've uploaded the vmdk file to huawei cloud, it can run normally but I cannot start the images (like routers,switches). In vmware workstation, it can resolved by enable check mark on Intel VT-x/EPT. But here I can't find the solution for that.
