Sorry, I didn't find this model in the compatibility list. They may not be compatible.
If you want to connect to the system, you are advised to submit a trouble ticket and contact Huawei for local test.

Whats the VCN model you want to add Axis Cameras,
Normal Cameras can be added on Huawei VCN through ONVIF Protocol. But Some Special Cameras like or Analytical based you need to purchase huawei VCM.

For the shared Axis Cameras which are thermal base you should contact your dealer or open a TAC Case
