Cameras under groups are not showing in the live feed window

This post is about the cameras under groups not showing in the live feed window. Please see the solution below.

【Problem description】

The customer said when they created the group of the camera, they couldn't see the camera from the live feed.

【Problem analysis】

We checked this site - the IVS client version and the server version did not match because of a sequecing problem.

So we will upgrade the server to the last version.

【Root cause】

The server version and the IVS client version do not match.

【Solution description】

We upgraded the version to V100R003C10SPC230.

And the customer checked the live feed again and found the issue was solved.
