Problem description
Cameras were not displaying live view on IVS Client and video wall, showing an error code 999115450.
Problem analysis
Confirmed the VCN540 version.
Checked the error code 999115450, which stands for IVS_PLAYER_RET_RTSP_ERR_TIMEOUT.
Collected and analyzed the MU log and found that there were two threads locked.
Root cause
There are two threads waiting for the send stream thread exit semaphore. But there is only one semaphore released, so one thread was freezing until the MU service restart.
Solution description
The patch version V100R002C30SPC208 optimizes this issue. We advised the customer to upgrade to V100R002C30SPC208.
Confirmed that after upgrading to the version V100R002C30SPC208, the issue was solved.
