【Problem description】

The customer said that they had 50 cameras that could not be live fed. After waiting for a while, the problem was restored.

Product type: VCn540

Version: V100R003C10SPC215.

【Problem analysis】

We checked the DCG and MU logs. Found that the module had the restart at that time.

Then we asked the customer about the power problem, the customer replying that all the servers used the same power.

So we checked the system logs and found the system restart was caused by the memory.

【Root cause】

The alarm message has been accumulated in the memory and the memory leak occurs because the UCN server is not configured on the VCN5X0.

【Solution description】

We temporarily solved this problem by setting a daily OMU restart.

After that, the issue never happened again.
