Cameras does not have video

For some reason cameras on this VCN VCN3000 V100R001C02SPC131 loses the recording every certain time. 

Have you seen this?

Did you try verifying the network? maybe there is a packet lost every certain time

I had a case with a similar problem but not for days, only for some minutes, and all days stops recording, R&D found in the logs that there was an issue with the FANs of that device and the temperature cause this at that time, same time everyday, you can check the crash logs.

I was the same issue before, the problem was related with power supply. Cameras does not have video-2714449-1

Maybe you need to check whether the camera's network is stable or not,if the video sent back by the camera is ok ,thus you can focus on the VCN.

Not enough network bandwidth also may cause the issue.

check BW and open ping session to check packets , try to use low bit rate and resolution on cameras
