camera is not showing live video on camera webpage

This topic describes the solution to the camera not show live video.

Issue Description

The customer confirmed that the camera is not showing live video on the camera webpage.

Handling Process

We checked the configurations and we found that the customer is using Chrome browser without installing the IE extension and without downloading the IPC player.

Root Cause

The customer didn't install the IE extension and didn't install the IPC Player. 

Solution

After downloading and installing the IPC player we restarted the browser then we found that the Live video is working.
