Camera is going offline from time to time

Hello support,


We are seeing that the camera is going offline from time to time, can you please check the attached logs and let us know what is the problem?

Dear Yelena,

That's an indication of a network problem. The camera goes offline because it’s not accessible by the network.

Basically, the VCN continuously pings the camera and sometimes gets no reply.

Please check the network topology with our network engineers.
