Dear colleagues, good day!

Please help, I have a IPC6225-VRZ-SP camera and the main trouble is that the image double (divided in two) image in attachment.

I tried decreasing the bitrate from 4096 to 2048, but it got worse. And then I tried increasing bitrate to 8192 and 16384, but the situation stayed the same.

What else can I do?

Would you be kind and provide the following information from the camera web interface, Settings > video/audio/image > image parameters and provide pictures of the Exposure and Focus tabs ?
The pictures provided are from the IPC camera live video or from IVS client live video/playback?

I look forward to your input.
Thank you!

Hi Alex,

The following may can help you.
Cause:
1. The cable of the video transmission cable is faulty, the shielding layer of the cable is damaged, or the cable is not properly grounded.
2. The cabling in the system may be abnormal, resulting in crosstalk. For example, the cable between the transmission cable and the other cable is faulty, causing severe signal induction and crosstalk.
3. The power supply is faulty.

Solution:

1. Check whether there are interference sources.
2. Replace the power supply to rectify the fault caused by the power supply.
3. Replace the video cable.
4. Replace the camera.
