camera cannot power on when using the poe power supply

Hi everyone.

we just bought some cameras and connect them to the Poe switch, but the camera cannot power on normally.

We tried to replace the cables and cameras, the problem kept the same. But the APs could work normally when connecting to the same switch.

Will you please help us solve this problem. thanks！

@ sim_157 Hi,
Could you confirm is the camera you bought the standard PD devices?
since your APs could work normally, the problem should be on the camera.
Maybe the non-standard PD camera caused the poe supply failure, you can try to configure command poe force-power to forcibly powering on the non-standard camera.
