Camera can't power on at all

Here is a case you can refer to.

Analysis progress

1) Checked whether the LED's light was blinking or not.

2) Checked whether the issue was due to the power adapter being faulty. Found that the power adapter has a light, but the camera still couldn't power on.

3) Tried pinging the camera to access the camera from the web interface, but still fail.

4) Tried using another cable to connect, but the camera still didn't work.

5) Tried using the current cable to connect to other cameras and the other camera could power on.

6) Tried using the current camera to connect to another working port, but still couldn't power on.

So far you can conclude.

The IPC camera is defective.
