【Problem Description】:
customer reported that Calls Dropped before ringing on IPCC, due to many calls come to hotline during that time.
【Problem Analysis】:
1- When Callers call hotline, call become disconnect before the ring, sometime it take few seconds and then call disconnect
2- When customer call 911, call drop automatically after few seconds before ringing.
3- confirm that this issue appear after increasing the number of calls due to curfew
4- we checking the current configuration of the IPCC

【Root Cause】:
Due to curfew, the number of incoming calls increased by double,, and become more than the limit in the IPCC configuration
【Solution Description】:
1-Queue processing / call completion Rate >>>>you can change Max number of queuing calls
2-Other parameters >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>you can change Max queue waiting time.
