As confirmed with RD team U2980currently support 2000 command "CNACLR". So please check if this command exceeds 2000, if not exceed 2000, then if you want to block caller 249428883, if still can not block, we can continue to do troubleshooting. If exceed 2000, our device cannot work properly because of the support range.

Root cause

Use command  "CNACLR" exceed 2000.

Solution Description

Can not support when using command  "CNACLR" exceed 2000.
