【Analysis Procedure】
1、 Confirm that the user has modified the VU script and remade the Voice.
2、 There are more than one MTU board on user device, when loading the Voice.zip only added to a MTU board, in the voice if the playback channel in the absence of a new Voice.zip MTU board will cause the playback failure.
The loading process for Voice.zip is as follows: Package The voice file for Voice.zip/mrsvoice.zip and use LMT to load the voice file, or use the command-line config download file voice mode tftp slot, Download the file to all Mtu/mrs/scu/scub/smcu veneer, and then use Debug upgrade slot (Mtu/mrs single Board slot number) to update the veneer file, The resource board does not synchronize voice.zip from the motherboard, and the backed up Voice.zip will exist on the motherboard.
Note: The voice file on the MTU/MRS board is preferred when the sound is played, and if there is no corresponding channel sound, the file in the Voice.zip/mrsvoice.zip is used again
【Issue Cause】
In the scenario where multiple MTUs are installed, the VOICE.ZIP is added to only one MTU board.
