you can use Call Recorder app available on android. All 3rd party call recording app will work.
But please note for expert opinion, please contact consumer department as they can help you better

Please DO call record native in EMUI 10 on huawei - i will still use this branch if call record will be supported. Please do not be like apple. I leave apple only because had no call records and only 100 connections log. - this are base options for busines! Apple is stupid! no NOT be like apple, be great Huawei!
