Symptom
During the intra-office user call the peer device user, the call is interrupted suddenly.
Possible Causes
The possible causes are as follows:
- Multiple SIP terminals are registered with the same account.
- A heartbeat connection has not been established.
- The peer device is abnormal.
Procedure
- Check whether multiple SIP terminals are registered with the same account.
See Logging In to the unified gateway Using the LMT to run the show sipue eid eid command to check whether multiple SIP terminals are registered with the same account, if yes, quit the other SIP terminal.
- If no, go to the next step.
- Contact the peer office's engineer to check whether the peer device supports the session heartbeat function.
- If no, run the config modify sip parameter usesessiontimer no command to close the session heartbeat of unified gateway.
- If yes, go to the next step.
- Contact the peer office's engineer to check whether the peer device supports the session heartbeat function.
- If yes, contact to the peer office's engineers to troubleshoot.
- If no, go to the next step.
- If the fault still persists, collect detailed fault information and related logs by referring to Collecting and Reporting Fault Information and send them to the service provider.
