Call Initiated from a VTM Fails to Be Answered on a VTA

A login teller receives a call from a VTM, but the call fails to be set up.

Handling Process
Step 1 Use the CCCBar embedded in the CTI platform or eSpace iAgent to call the teller. If the call can be set up successfully, the unified gateway and CTI platform work correctly.
Step 2 Ensure that the AS service of the MCC two-node cluster is correctly configured on eSpace MCC UniPortal.
