Hi,


My router B593s-601 gives me the following error whenever i try to change any settings:

" Call in progress; cannot configure the router. Please try again after the call" 


There is no voip active and the telephone sign on the front of the modem is blue. Please can someone help to get rid of the message and if possible to allow for the latest update of the firmware which might fix the issue.

V200R001B270D00SP00C00
Firmware build time:
Dec 20 2013 / 17:28:08
