Call from 8950 to 7950 then transfer to mobile is failed

When a call from 8950 to 7950 then transfer to mobile is failed, but when 7950 call 7950 then transfer no issues

After Checking logs we found that the PSTN Softx300 rejects video

To avoid that we disbaled video on the 8950:

After that the transfer has no issues
