This topic assumes that you want to activate the call forwarding conditional (CFC) service for user 8000, that is, all incoming calls to user 8000 (no reply, busy and offline) are forwarded to user 8001.
1. Use an administrator account to log in to the web management system of a U1900 series unified gateway.
2. In User > SIP User or User > POTS User page, select the user number to be assigned the service permission and click Service Configuration.

3. Under Complex service, click Configure next to Call forward conditional.

4. In the dialog box that is displayed, set the priority and rights of each forwarding service, as shown in Figure 1.

5. Click OK.
6. In the upper right corner of the web page, click to save the configuration.
