Answer Failure
Issue Description
User A opens the ESpaceMediaTerminal.html page and successfully
logs in to a VTM. User B opens the ESpaceMediaTeller.html page and successfully
logs in to a VTA. User A and user B then successfully set up a call between
them. Several minutes later, the call is automatically released and the VTA logs
out.
Alarm Information
Handling Process
Stop the CTI, MCC, eSpace Meeting, and database services on the
VTC server one by one. Then, ping the IP address of the VTC server. If the IP
address can be pinged, another server with the IP address exists. Find the
server and change its IP address.
Root
Cause
The
IP address of the VTC server conflicts with the IP address of another server in
the network.
