Customer reported the following problem :
1- When he make a phone call from UAP software he got call baring voice message recorder on the U19xx device
2- Customer send us the network topology as per below snapshot

3- We confirmed with customer the solution and we concluded the below points :
- Some customer use UAP software
- Some customer use IP phones
- The call routing from UAP agent then IPCC server then through SIP trunk to U19xx device then to PS****hrough PRA trunk
- If customer uses IP phone so the calls passed from U19xx device directly to PS****hrough PRA trunk
Solution :
We asked the customer to collect the needed info to find the root cause:
1- If the problem occured while using IP phone , customer said No
2- If the problem occured while using UAP software , customer said yes
3- We asked customer for network topology
4- We asked customer to collect call logs from U19xx LMT to check it

5- We got the logs and view it on the LMT and asked customer to record the calling , called and time for this call and we found call barring error as per below snapshot

5- We asked customer if he make custom on the dialling prefix for 009 and he said yes and we checked it and found the below as he makes custom on prefix 009 with cus32

6- We asked customer if he add the user who is dialling this prefix on cus32 also and he said yes as per below snapshot



7- We asked customer to check the trunk group by this command , show trunkgroup and we got the below
We can see here that the basicoutgoing part on the SIP is not having the cus32 we configured for this prefix , so we have to add it

8- we can add the cus32 on the SIP trunk as per below command

Conclusion :
After adding the last command on the SIP trunk , issue has been resolved
