C/S Client Installation Failure

C/S Client Installation Failure

Symptom

When you double-click the C/S client installation package, a message is displayed, indicating the installation failure.

Possible Cause

You do not have the permission to run the C/S client installation package.

Solution

Right-click the C/S client installation package and choose Properties from the shortcut menu.
Click the Compatibility tab, click Run this program as an administrator, as shown in Figure 1.
