BUS_ERR alarm Already did the Warm/cold reboot and Hard reset the unit but still alarm is active. Software version for active standby is also matched. Suspected service board or backplane have issue.

Hi friend.


When the cross-connect board reports a BUS ERR alarm, check the cross-connect board and service board in sequence. If no abnormality is found, the backplane may be faulty.

Replace the board. The alarm is cleared.
