Hello everyone!
Today, I’d like to share a case.
Problem Description
Customer report several BUS_ERR alarms on cross connection boards.

Problem Analysis
Verifying the parameters of the alarms we saw that the alarms identify an issue on the slot 13 of the NE, when we check there was an logical added board as is show next:

We check that the board doesn't have created any fiber, so we access the NE by usin Navigator software, we check that on the slots 13,14,15 were inserted another boards different form the logical added ones
Using the command :cm-get-board (identify logical added boards) and comparing with :cm-get-phybd (identify physical inserted boards) we found that someone wrongly added the logical boards, we proceed to delete the boards in the NE , after that the U2000 shows the real boards inserted on site:

After the boards were deleted all the alarms were cleared
Root Cause
Wrong creation of the logical boards on U2000 side
Solution Description
Delete the boards and add the correct boards using add physical board option on U2000
Suggest
Don't create boards on U2000 as other type of board, if the NE is not capable to add it, is better to let the boards as not added and upgrade the NE software if it is needed
