I Want To Know How Is It Possible To Configure and Install a Browser SSL Certificate & a CWMP SSL Certificate in the Huawei Router HG532e to Secure Connections between User Browser and Local ISP Communication!


Should The Local ISP Issue Those Certificates or Can We Issue Our Own Ones? And How?

Installing an SSL certificate on the Huawei HG532e has little effect. The Huawei HG532e has been hardened and there are no security holes. There is no web browser on this device. It is only a carrier for transmitting network signals. It is your Internet terminal that needs to install the SSL Certificate. For example, if you want to access the bank website to operate your savings account, you need to obtain a security certificate from the bank website and install it on your computer. Ensure secure and effective communication between your computer browser and website server.
