Browser Access Is Not Secure After the Certificate is Replaced on ManageOne

Hello friends!

Today I would like to share a case about when browser access is not secure after the certification is replaced on ManageOne. Please see more details below.

After the FusionSphere-Service certificate is replaced on ManageOne OperationCenter, the browser is still not secure.

View the certificate:

The CA certificate is insufficient. Only the server certificate is uploaded. As a result, the certificate chain is incomplete.

Commercial certificates are generally level-3. For example, the Huawei Support website or Baidu. Certificates issued by different certification organizations are level-3. The last level is the server certificate, while the first level is the root certificate.

1. Contact the customer to obtain the new certificate and level-2 certificate.

2. Log in to the ManageOne maintenance portal.

3. Choose Routine O&M > Centralized Configuration > Certificates from the main menu. The Certificate List page is displayed.

4. Select the first region in the current environment in the Region area.

5. Select FusionSphere in the Component area.

6. Select the certificate named FusionSphere-Service.

7. Import or update the certificate. When importing a certificate, click the plus sign (+) to upload the updated certificate, level-2 certificate and server certificate.

8. Check the certificate. If the certificate contains a level-3 certificate, the certificate is uploaded successfully.

This is my solution. Hope this helps, thanks!
