NCE V100R019C00SPC601 does not support OptiX OSN 1800 II TP - V100R019C10SPC700 management. At that time, only V100R019C10SPC300 is supported. You are advised to upgrade NCE to V100R020C10.

Regarding B1LTX , Pleae check following some case like (installed in Valid slot, Temperature , version mismatch)

- Valid slots of the board and the logical slots displayed on the NMS

1800 II TP chassis	2	Slots 1 and 3	SLOT 3
		Slots 3 and 5	SLOT 5
		Slots 2 and 4	SLOT 4
		Slots 4 and 6	SLOT 6

1800 II TP chassis: The boards that receive and transmit the same wavelength must be inserted in slots 1 & 3 and slots 2 & 4, slots 3 & 5 and slots 4 & 6, respectively.

Also The temperature requirements for using the board in the chassis are as follows:

When the board is installed in the 1800 V, 1800 II TP, 1800 II Pro, or 1800 V Pro chassis, the permitted ambient temperature of the board ranges from –5°C to +50°C (long term) and from –10°C to +55 °C (short term).

Also for 1800 II TP-you should be on V100R019C10SPC600
