Hi, sir!

After the MA5605 works for a period of time, the quasi-normal state of the board occurs.

What is the cause of such a fault?

Thanks!

Hello, friend!

When a service board is powered on, the service board software needs to be loaded from the control board. During the loading process, there is a quasi-normal state between the offline state and the normal state. The quasi-normal state cannot be viewed for a short time. If the quasi-normal state occurs, the possible causes are as follows:

1. The board software is abnormal. That is, an error occurs when the board loads the software from the software package. There are two possible causes: 1. An error occurs when the board loads the software package. As a result, the board cannot be started. In this case, reset the board and reload the software. 2. The file in the flash memory may be faulty. In this case, reload the software package and reset the system.

2. The board hardware is faulty. The board cannot run after the program software is loaded. Replace the board.

3. The power supply of the shelf is faulty. When the cables of the shelf are aged, the system cannot provide sufficient power for the service boards through the shelf. As a result, the service boards cannot run in the normal state. In this case, the shelf needs to be replaced.

Thanks!
