Dears i have ATN950B Below Alarm appeared

SRM_ENTITY/1/BOARDINVALID: OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.2011.5.25.219.2.2.5 The board totally failed. (EntityPhysicalIndex=17301504, EntityPhysicalIndex=17301504, EntPhysicalName="CXP slot 8", EntityType=1, EntityTrapFaultID=132628, hwEntityTrapReasonDescr = "", hwEntityOperStatus=3)

Please note above alarms occured 2 days before only once. and this alarm was cleared the same day after 2 minutes.

I need to know what could be the root cause for this to happen?

Hi Zahid_27,
The CXP 8 board on your device is reset abnormally due to a memory fault.
Procedure
1.If the board is neither reset nor powered off, and services on the board are normal, collect the information about alarms, logs, and configurations, and then contact Huawei technical support personnel. Otherwise, go to Step 2.
2.Power off the faulty board and then power it on again.
3.If the board cannot be registered or the alarm persists after the board is registered, replace the faulty board.

Cause 132628:The board reset because of the exception, it might effect the service on this board. You are strongly advised to contact the TAC to locate the reason for this critical error.

Hello,

You need to check whether faults have occurred and important alarm information have been generated on the ATN 950B.

Prerequisites

2 Logging In to the ATN 950B is complete.

Procedure

  1. Run the display alarm { slot-id | all } command to view all alarms on the ATN 950B to determine if faults have occurred on the ATN 950B.

    If the preceding information is displayed, the hardware is not faulty. Otherwise, locate and rectify any found fault based on the contents of the Info field in the command output.

  2. Run the display trapbuffersize value] [ | count ] [ | { beginincludeexcluderegular-expression] command to view alarms recorded in the trap buffer. Pay attention to the important alarms.
