Board adding issue in OSN 3500

This post will tell you one issue for Board adding issue in OSN 3500.

Problem description:

EGS4 board was unable to add in the network.

 Handling procedure:

After troubleshooting check the version of NE found

 V1R3. EGS4 board not supporting to V1R3 version. Thus not adding to NE. Upgrade the NE to add the board.

Root cause:

EGS4 board does not support V1R3 version NE.

Solution:

After upgrading the NE to V1R10 version and added the EGS4 hardware, it is successfully added in the NE.
