An
HD camera is installed on a VTA. During a video call between the VTA and a VTM,
the VTA views clear images of the local end, but VTA images displayed on the VTM
are blurred.
Step 1 Verify that the camera on the VTM/VTA works correctly.
Step 2 Check whether the camera on the VTM/VTA supports 720p. If 720p is not supported, log in to eSpace UniPortal, access the Client Configuration page, and set Video resolution to 352*288.
