BLUR DISPLAY ON IPC6355-VRZ

I opened a new IPC6355-VRZ camera and the display is blurred.

Is there any settings that can correct this?

Issue Description:
The image of the camera is blurry.

Solution:
The possible reasons are following.
The lens and the lens interface are not match. Check the interface and see whether it is C interface or CS interface.
The camera is not focused. Click the Zoom in, or zoom out, and focus+ and focus - to refocus the camera.
The camera shield is not clean. Clean the lens or lens shield.
Image blur may also be caused if the camera lens is against strong light in auto-iris mode. Change the iris mode to electronic iris.
The problem of resolution, ensure the resolution is optimum.
