Dear Tech Team,


I would like to know how to block Snapchat access on the devices in my network, I tried to use URL filtering through templates but that did not work.


The template doesn't support ((https))!


Plus there is no Keyword filtering i_f09.gif


Any idea????

Usually, it can be achieved via URL filtering. Please contact your ISP or device supplier to confirm whether your device is a custom device and whether the URL filtering function is restricted.
