Hello
Iam trying to block social media sites and applications but I face strange behavior I tried to block snapchat app by policy but it still accessible however the policy is the first one and with action deny and the terrafic hit the policy... What could be missing.... Also I need to allow only what's chat only and block calls and photos but only whats app is appear in applications list however the database is updated

The application behavior control function depends on the corresponding license. Otherwise, the function can be configured but does not take effect. Please check if you have loaded the license. Thanks for your reply sir. But I already have content security license along with ips /av/url license and all database and components are loaded.

Hello!

If you can access Snapchat after blocking it with Security Policy - try to check what kind of traffic it generate and block it with "manual" URL deny rules.
