Hi Dears,

Please help to support in this case

how to block this IP address XX.XXX.XX.XX in TE40. This IP address is an intruder and trying to call all the meeting room TE40, just to interrupt during the meeting. There is public fixed IP address in TE40.

Like i am asking to do the TE 40 have Black and white list function or something like that.

Thanks in advance for your support.

Hello, Nasr!
Thanks for choosing our community!
You can add the IP addresses that are allowed to make calls to the whitelist to prevent calls from unknown IP addresses.

Yeah, it's on the whitelist.

Hi,
You can allow specific IPs to make a call. It will automatically restrict all other IPs. Please find below the procedure to do so:

  1. Choose System Settings > Whitelist.

  2. Select Enable.

If Enable is deselected, the whitelist is invalid. That is, all IP addresses are allowed to connect to the endpoint. You can modify the whitelist only after selecting Enable here.

  3. Click Add and set IP address and Mask length.

  4. Click OK. The settings take effect immediately.

  5. To delete a record from the whitelist, select the record and click Delete.

I hope it helps.
